pickle wraps
okay, so i don't think that is the real name of them =) but they are one of my favs
i take a small baby dill (1 net carb), .5 oz thin sliced ham (3 oz is 1.5, so its like .25 net carbs), 1 tsp cream cheese (.4 net carbs)
-spread the cream cheese on the ham, wrap it around the pickle and then cut into circular pieces...they are sooo good!! and fast & easy to make!
-i get to eat the whole thing for 1.29 carbs! great when you want something creamy/salty!
