January 31: 179.2 (I was sure I would be up...yesterday was my birthday and I allowed myself to have crusty bread with real butter at lunch with roast beef...that was ok....but then a dear friend cooked and delivered an amazing supper completed with a decadent chocolate cake...which I ate....I went to bed with a sore tummy)
