Default What is on the menu today?

Food Diary - Feb 1st
Breakfast:
Cheese and Mushroom Omelette -
2 eggs, 3 tbsp. cheese, 5 mushrooms, green onion
1/2 small orange
Herbal Tea

Lunch:
Tuna Salad Plate -
One can of tuna, 3 tbsp mayo, onion.
Lettuce, 2 oz. cheese, 1/2 cup green and red pepper, 2 dill pickles
1/2 cup cucumber slices
Herbal tea

Dinner:
Chicken Cesear Salad -
3 cups lettuce, Chicken breast, 2 slices of bacon, cucumber, 2 tbsp dressing
Herbal tea

Default caught an omega 3 breakfast

this morning

Two eggs
about 1oz steak
about 2oz fresh caught rainbow trout (early spring in idaho - native trout take on a shrimp and algae diet which turns their meat into a bright red/orange color
cooked in coconut oil, w/green peppers, onions, and mushrooms and sprinkled with walnuts talk about a comfort meal - you cant beat fresh trout
