Food Diary - Feb 1st
Breakfast:
Cheese and Mushroom Omelette -
2 eggs, 3 tbsp. cheese, 5 mushrooms, green onion
1/2 small orange
Herbal Tea
Lunch:
Tuna Salad Plate -
One can of tuna, 3 tbsp mayo, onion.
Lettuce, 2 oz. cheese, 1/2 cup green and red pepper, 2 dill pickles
1/2 cup cucumber slices
Herbal tea
Dinner:
Chicken Cesear Salad -
3 cups lettuce, Chicken breast, 2 slices of bacon, cucumber, 2 tbsp dressing
