Default Quantity Confession

Typically for the weekend breakfast i would make 3 sausage links and 3 eggs. Today though i was so hungry that all i had on my mind was QUANTITY. So using only a dab of 0g heavy cream i made scrambled eggs...... using 9 large eggs. Oh man it was soooooo good and i was stuffed. I am back on track now with portions and ready to get lbs down.

Positive is that i knew i was going to binge so i did not have the links. My plate was all SCRAMBLED EGGS LOL

Prolly won't do any harm. You may find you're less hungry than usual tomorrow. That's the beauty of low-carbing.

I can't eat scrambled eggs without ketchup. So I found a sugar free one (sweetened with splenda) and can now have a tbsp with them. Yummmm!!!! Really brightens my morning.

It was surprisingly good. I use the ketchup to make cocktail sauce for my shrimp too.

That's not bad at all. In my short experience with LCing, hunger usually means you need to eat. If you were ravenous, you needed to eat. Eggs have a lot of good stuff in them. I have been eating lots of eggs it turns out they are good for easing fatigue. I can't think of anything bad about eggs.

I know that is true, i am back to a portion amount of eggs now, i just dont want to be burnt out with eggs that i can't stand the sight of them. They are my true food pal right now.
