One step forward two steps back
I've been rather sleep deprived and have too much to do, so I've been eating rubbish since Sunday. I manage daytime but then start consuming carbs in the evening.
We're supposed to be going on holiday in 3 days but I've nothing packed, I'm behind on paperwork to do with my sister's estate (she died a few months back and I was named on her will as executor), plus father-in-law is coming in 2 days and you can't even get into the spare room as I've been dumping junk in there for months. Oh plus I'm back to working full time and am on my own mid-week with a toddler.
So tonight it was candy, raisins, an egg sandwich and most of a tub of soya ice cream. Sheesh. Oh and 2 glasses of wine.( I dropped a bottle on the floor unpacking it from the shopping and it exploded everywhere, so I thought what the hell I might as well have some now I'm covered in it)
I am just so tired and bloated right now.
