Default Carb Solutions

Whatever happened to Carb Solutions? I just remember the sugar alcohol in them made me run. Run fast.

Default Where can I buy Carb Solutions Ice Cream?

What gives with this product? It gets the best reviews for low carb ice-cream but I can't find it anywhere! Where can I buy it? I'm in Southern New Jersey, right outside of Philly. Where can I get the Atkins ice-cream as well. How does a company stay in business?

You really don't want that crud. It's chock full of chemicals, and may or may not be processed in your body as much higher carb than is claimed.

"Low-carb" products usually are full of sugar alcohols, and not everybody's body passes them through without using the actual carbs in them.

It may be hard to believe, but it's easier to just NOT have fakes of the foods that you crave, because you lose the craving for them much faster that way.

Fake cookies, ice cream, candy, "health" bars, etc tend to just ramp up cravings.

I learned that the hard way with Atkins bars. I ended up throwing away the last of mine, once I really realized how addicting they are.
