Default i feel like killing myself

okay, i used to weigh about 100 lbs 2 months ago. i was so happy, i could finally wear clothes that i had always dreamt of. but soon i started eating lots of carbs and chocolates. i don't know what came over me and now my weight has piled on and i feel like total #$#~%#~. everytime i tell myself i'm going to get back on the wagon, i fall again. i feel like banging my head on the wall.

Debbie, your body is smarter than you are...you were 10-15 pounds underweight at 100 lbs. and 159cm (5'3")! Depending on your frame, you are now in a "healthy" weight range, but might drop 10 pounds without a problem...or even 15, if you are very "small-boned."

You need to talk to someone about this...right away. You are not helping yourself or the people who care for you by trying to reach unreasonable weight goals...and you can be thankful that your body won't accept the unreasonable demands you are asking of it.

There are lots of caring people here who you can talk to, but you really need to sit down and speak to someone about this problem, face-to-face.

Lightbulb See A Doctor Now...

First contact a suicide help line or call your doctor immediately so that you can get past this crisis... I know beause I have been there plenty of times... There are too many people who love and care about you out there...

Deb I also agree with Geo....you were underweight at 5'3..... I think you also should talk with someone about your eating problems... I am 5'3 and huge...but 100 pounds it too small... Try this way of eating for a while and it will definitely make you less hungry and healthier.... Focus on the vegetables and lean protein with an occasional treat...low carb...

Also, if you are having consistent depressive and suicidal thoughts it could also be the foods you are eating.... Go to the depression thread and read my most recent post, there are articles that find that the body's lack of tryptophan and omega 3's cause depression and eating disorders...

Hope this information helps you...good luck...
