aerobic exercise video...I have been doing the WATP and love them, but I can now do the three mile with 5 lb weights and sometimes with ankle weights. I do not know what would be a next step up. I don't want to buy anything that will discourage me....any good ideas?

Default Kathy Smith

After WATP (that I really liked) seemed to be a little too easy I bought a Kathy Smith DVD (Timesaver Cardio Fat Burner). It is more intense than the WATP but still easy to follow - after learning the basic steps.
Check the "What is your favorite work-out video" thread for more ideas.
