I wouldn't agree with someone trying to point that out, though. "Low carb" is supposed to be unsustainable, according to a lot of these folks. But, even 100 grams of carbs is low carb when compared against the recommendation of about 300 carbs per day. And, since much of this "unsustainability" has to do with the loss of certain foods in the diet, not simply lowered carbs in general. So, 100 carbs that does NOT include hearthealthywholegrainsandlegumes ought to really sound unsustainable to them! But, of course, it's perfectly sustainable for lots of folks maintaining that way.
