A question about labels

On the labels in Australiaia it has two sections under Carbs

for eg

Carbs 17.8gr
-Sugars 7.9gr

which of these should be counted if i am on the atkins diet
any help would be appreciated

The carb count includes the sugars - so you just count the 17.8.

Also note that you do not subtract the fibre count on Australian or European food labels.
