Hello I am wondering if anyone from Australia out there is doing or has heard of the twelve week Body Blitz competition run by WOmen's fitness and health/ironman magazines? I had my before shots taken today, I am determined to do this thing all the way and if theree is anyone else out there doing it or interested in it I would love to here from you 'cos I think some support can make it even more rewarding....

Is that like the Body For Life challeneges?

I saw some BFL stuff up at my gym (melb. city baths) but I'm not really in good enough shape to go on such a massive exercise plan.

Good luck with it though! I've known some people who did it and their results were *amazing*

Thanks for your support Abby, I'm not in that great shape at the moment, my BF% is too high for my liking, but even if I don't win anything doing this, my rewards will be enough motivation!
