Question Do I have to eat when hungry?

Ok, here is my situation. I've started Fat Fast and I'm trying to stay under 1100 calories, however, just 15 minutes ago I had a snack appropriate to Fat Fast and now I'm hungry again.

Do I have to eat everytime I'm hungry? Even while in Induction too? Maybe this explains why I wasn't losing fast enough in Induction, I never ate when i was hungry. I just ate my 3 meals and loads of water. I guess I'm a bit afraid of eating too much even though with Atkins I'm suppose to, I think?

Please help,

Thanks,

Lily

Hi Lily

If you are trying to do fat fast on 1100 calories then it is not surprising you are not losing weight. You must eat at least 2,000 calories a day for your current weight to lose weight.

Yes, you should eat when you are hungry. Unlike low calorie diets this way of life does not restrict your calorie intake anything like other low fat plans.

You may have already sent your body into starvation mode, so increase your calories. Will pop over to your journal and see if there are anymore clues there.

Thanks LittleAnne,

Maybe I should skip Fat Fast then and go back into Induction. Cause according to the Atkins book I should have no more than 1000 calories a day. I thought this would work out but I'm just always so hungry.
Thanks again,

Lily

Also, Do I just increase my eating to get out of starvation mode? Will this help the pounds come off faster now?

Thanks,

Lily
