Talking Yummy dinner idea if your out of ideas =p

Well, I needed something to make tonight, and it turned out yummy yummy, so I want to share! I am a hot wing lover by far, but lazy as hell! Chicken legs were on sale this week, so I bought a few packages......personally I used to like to make chicken legs baked with corn flake crumbs, or roasted with duck sauce, but obviously that wasn't an option!

So.......I decided to make hot wing, but with legs =p

First, I washed the chicken and put it in a zip lock bag...
Then, I mixed up the sauce....

I am a cooking retard, so i poured and didnt really measure =/

About 4 tablespoons of olive oil
About 1/4 cup of your favorite hot wing sauce (mostly all are 0 carb)
Sprinkle in, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to your taste

Mix well, then pour in the bag with the chicken and zip the bag
Moosh the bag around until the chicken is coated, then place on a greased cookie sheet and cook for about 50mins-1hr in the oven.

I mixed up some more sauce and put it over the chicken about 15 mins before I pulled it out.

Steamed some fresh asparagus and melted butter over it and bam! It was a very tasty and low carb dinner!

So, if ya like spicy give it a try with any kinda of chicken on the bone, and I'm sure you will be very happy! Happy cooking!
