Default Low Carb Barbeque Sauce

2 c Diet Coke or Diet Rite
2 T vinegar
1 T worchester sauce
1 t garlic powder
1 t mustard powder
1 1/2 T double concentrated tomato paste
1 t Stevia or like sweetner
1/8 t cayenne pepper
1 t salt (or more)

Mix above ingredients then with an immersion blender add
1.5 t glucomannan
Let sit for a few.

This recipe was good, but could be better. It needs tweaking. I was hoping someone could experiment with it to come up with the right amount of flavorings. The consistancy is awesome. The color is perfect.

Thank you for this recipe. considering that Tomato is fruit; and fruit has Fructose, which is sugar, do you think there might be a way to make this without the tomato at all?

I would love to make this, but the tomato portion of it discourages me.

Cheers

I'm going to give this a try, I will add some liquid smoke and grated onion, maybe some lime zest...what do you think?
