Default Bad taste in mouth/bad breath

Me again (sorry folks). I have pretty good oral hygiene. Brush 3x per day, use mouthwash, etc., etc.,etc. But I still have a persistent bad taste. I brush my tongue as well as my teeth. Anyone got any good solution? I am using the Listerine wafers periodically through the day (yuck) with limited success, but...

Dr Westman wrote if water and oral hygiene are not enough, try SF gum and mints. Chewing Parsley or mint is a more natural solution.

Don't forget the flossing! I notice and odor when I skip flossing. Once a day.

Oh! You just reminded me that I used to put a sprig of mint and a few rosemary leaves in my water... gives a lovely light flavor.

I will look for the SF gum for "emergency use".

Soapluvr - I do floss as well, though not every time I brush, I must confess...
