I love using cacao powder. It is around 58g/100g total carbs but more than half of that is fibre. My favourite way to use it is together with cacao butter and almond meal to make chocolate brownie.
Something else worth thinking about is chia seeds which are also very high in fibre such that net carbs are quite low. They are very versatile. I use them for example as a substitute for bread crumbs when I make meatballs. They add texture and help to bind the meatball mixture together.
