Doesn't look like it needs much tweaking. Already very LC. I guess you could use liquid splenda or sweetner in place of dextrose-filled splenda.

Looks yummy! I'm going to try it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, won't be as creamy, but I need it to be dairy-free.

I always buy a large can of pumpkin this time of year, and freeze it in different amounts. I will freeze some of it in quarter cup sizes for this recipe. That will help it to be icy when blended, too.
