Question Headaches

Has anyone had any experience with preventing headaches via nutrition. I have read that low blood sugar can bring them on, but don't know how to get rid of them (other that 2 advils and sleep on it). Any enlightenment?

Steve

Have you given up caffeinne recently? If so, that is why your head hurts. It varies for everyone how your body will kick caffeinne. For some people it is just a few days. For some like my poor hubby it is a full 30 days of feeling like %^(&5*
If you have low blood sugar you need to find a way to raise and equalize. How long have you been feeling this way?

Good Luck

Judy, Thanks for your reply. I cut back on coffee last Aug when I started dieting (low-cal weight loss), and suffered some caffine withdrawl during that time. But in March I stopped coffee completely when I started TSP, plus other foods ie all the low fat products on the market. PLUS, now I see I've developed a slight cold or a touch of spring hayfever, so... no suprise at the headaches.

Thanks Steve
