Red face cholesterol levels, please have a look.

I am taking plenty of Omegas, but it seems that the following levels are too
high? It is said that too much Omegas will elevate the Cholesterol levels? Would FT3 level affect the levels?

Total CHO 4.87 (2.8-5.6)

HDL 1.56 (1.1-1.7)

LDL-C 2.86 (2.07-3.36)

Is there a 'converter' on the net that will let you put these numbers into "Americanese"?

Also, there won't be any way of interpreting them correctly without the triglyceride level as well. Did you get that done too?

Yes, TG is 0.98 (0.5-1.7), which seems good.
