Default Neris and India's Idiot Proof Diet Cookbook

Just received this cookbook through the post and it looks like it will be a god send! Loads of great UK based recipes. I am off tomorrow to buy the ingredients for the Salmon and Feta bake followed by the mini scones with strawberries and cream, delicious!

Sorry ladies, but posting recipes here from a recipe book is a copyright violation, unless you can produce written permission from the author.

To be honest, there's nothing in it that we haven't already come across in one form or another. However, the fact that it is a British LC book with easy to find ingredients etc., definitely makes it one of my favourite recipe books

If anyone is interested, you can read more about this book here:

... also includes links to some of the recipes too

Can I also recommend this British LC recipe book:

A Passion for Protein by Henry Harris, an award-winning chef, who followed the Atkins diet with his wife and then wrote a recipe book featuring all of his favourite low carb foods.

Thanks Demi, I will have a look at this one. Generally, do quick and easy things as don't have the inclination when I come home from work, are his recipes complicated with lots of ingredients? Love the 5 Min section in Neris and India's book.
