Default Ketchup

Sorry....I tried to do a search but couldn't find anything specifically related to SBD.

I am a ketchup freak....if I get the low sugar 1 carb would that be ok? Any other suggestions are welcomed.

The only sugars are natural from the tomato. I "think" it would be allowed. Please correct me if I'm not.

Original has sugar added and the other uses splenda. I use it. I was a ketchup freak until my taste buds changed

Skootz I use the Heinz low sugar ketchup....SO good! You know what else I discovered - I make my own honey mustard too....I used EVOO, mustard, splenda, a dash of non-fat greek yogurt...it makes the BEST either dipping sauce or dressing...You can thin it out with water too...I kinda eyeball it - you don't need much.
