Day 2 of P3 over with and dropped another 1lb, yeah it gives me wiggle room!
yesterday was 750 calories (P2 with added fat) and today I'm shooting for 1000, just with extra fats. Added fat sounds easy but when you can't do dairy it's a bit more problematic. Having tuna in oil today mixed with mayo (safflower and canola, not soy for both) and another avocado.

frankly it feels weird to each "so much" food

I know how that no-dairy thing is, Maile1. I don't do it either. I wish I could send you some of my olive oil I infused with garlic. It's just amazing.

How's the hunger for you now that you're off the hcg?

Excellent Maile! This is exactly what I plan to do - in about 4 weeks!. I wish I were there already!

I haven't had a day yet without hunger, however it is livable and nowhere near as bad as it was during my TOM.

I'm doing the larger dose again, after trying the smaller dose for 4-5 days. Frankly, it doesn't seem to make much difference. Maybe my hunger is a little less. The last couple of days have been a lot better really. My doctor believed the larger dose would help with the hunger. Maybe he was right? Or perhaps I'm just adjusting. I am still skipping a day too.

I always had issues trying to IF too. I just got too wildly hungry to do it.

Anyway, I'm finding ways of coping. Drinking ice tea seems to help immensely. I think it numbs my gut.

I'm having trouble stabilizing. I woke up this morning up two more pounds (to 159) for no reason that I can discern, except that it is about time for TOM. I am doing a steak day today, just in case it is not TOM related.

I don't feel bigger. I am wearing a 10 skirt and a medium top. And they are not at all tight. In fact, the skirt is a bit too large.

Ack! I hope you get stabilized. I bet it is TOM.

You know, Nancy, i am *trying* not to obsess over the numbers. I am going to do a few more weeks of hcg soon, anyway, so it is not like this is my forever number.

I am wearing clothes that I could not wear at Christmas. So, that tells me something right there. Even though I didn't have huge numerical losses in my first three weeks, I clearly did some good. Just a month apo, I was wearing 12Ps, with a thought of getting into a 10 if I didn't breathe or if I found the biggest ten on the planet.

I wore a 10P pants suit yesterday that I found crammed in the back of my closet from 10 years ago. It was very lose and flowing. I am wearing a 10 skirt and M sweater today. I wore an 8 skirt and an M top on Sunday. I might have been able to squeeze into today's skirt last month, but that's probably about it, and probably not without spanx and an inability to breathe all day. Where as, today I just got dressed and didn't think a thing about it.

My first two rounds were about the pounds. This one seems to be much more about the inches.

Well, inches are the ultimate goal! That's why I've been measuring myself. I know how fickle those darned scales can be.

Upped calories to 1230 yesterday, 60% fat, 27% protein, 14% carb (gross) and weight did not budge.

I was so full last night I thought for sure I would be up this morning and I wasn't, despite a lousy, interrupted and short sleep!!
goal today is 1500 calories...yikes, this has traditionally been danger territory for me (in my head I hear Robbie yelling Danger, Danger Will Robinson!!) but will give it a try and work at getting the fat closer to 65%.

Maile, I too would be scared to increase the calories so fast. Do you need to because of hunger, or are you just testing your body?
