Question I need Ideas!!

Can anyone help me figure out what to eat for breakfast and for snacks that are low or no carb and not to expensive!
All I have is jerky and macadamia Nuts.. I'm getting so sick of them!
I can't eat cheese, or eggs. I'm intolerant to them.

Lessara, don't be afraid to use the "search" function at the top right of the page. There are many past threads on breakfast, snack and lunch ideas. Here are two:

Lessara -

I often eat olives for snacks. The small green ones filled with pimentos. On Fitday, they say 28 of those little ones is about 2 carbs. Not too shabby. They got a lot of those good essential fats in them too.

I don't know what to suggest for breakfast. Try the links that Nat provided.

I eat whatever meat I have left over from the night before. If I cook chicken I make extra for the next day. Also the wonderful Mock Danish.
