Cool Get behind me Doritos!

Mannnnnn OH Mannnn I was bad today.
After 3 weeks of doin damn good, watching
my 'cravings' disappear I made a carbo piggy of myself!

I just didn't have time to eat. Bad! I know! I
was finishing up some projects then we had
to go out and re-mark 6km run trail thingaroo
and low and behold..when the run was over,
there they were. A shiny new bag of zesty
Doritos. My most favorite American Junk food..
(they don't sell them here in Italy..thankfully!).

And to top it off 2 Coors light beers..more carbs
in 3 hours then in 1 week.

I have learned my lesson!
I really hope I didn't
blow what I've already
achieved EEEEK!

Lc'ing rocks! The energy boost is amazing!
Tomorrow is another day! And all that jazz...

Wendy

Man can sympathize with ya there don't keep any in the house now but they were the snack of choice for hubby and me .. tomorrow is a new day and thankfully you can pick yourself up; dust yourself off and start all over again...

I feel for you...I still have "bad carbs" in the house, however with my whole family on this WOE with me, we can keep an eye on one another. I have teen boys that have friends over frequently, so I have to have things to snack for others who do not eat "our way." We have all done well though and no one has touched one thing. I know it can be tempting, but stick in there.

Hi!

Out of sight doesn't necessarily mean out of mind, but out of reach definitely means out of luck!!

I cannot have things like Doritos, or cake or frozen treats around. I am the junky of all junk-food junkies! When we fall off the wagon all we can do is pick ourselves back up and try harder next time. One bag of Doritos probably won't hurt too much. You're lucky that you can't get them there, so they can't become a regular snack!

You're right, tomorrow is another day and hopefully it will be a better one for you!!

Take care,
KC
