Default Music to my ears

I haven't lost that much weight, 13 pounds which keeps fluctuating up and down 2 pounds at this time. I wish it would go a little faster, but I've spent the last six years at a weight I was not happy with. I'm happy with losing slow as opposed to not loosing at all.

What absolutely sets me up among the stars is when I hear someone say, "Are you losing weight?" WOOT! WOOT WOOT WOOT! It happened today. I know my jeans are fitting too loose. There is nothing I can do about it, as I'm loath to buy new clothing when I'm losing weight!

The funny thing is that supposedly low carb diets make you lose off your stomach first. Nope. It's my butt, hands down. My husband commented on it first. What a wonderful feeling to have your husband say your asp is smaller! More triple Woots!

Positive words are the stuff that make me want to try harder, and to keep persevering.

WOOHOO!! I love it when those compliments come in!!

You've got a great attitude. A lot of people want to lose it all NOW.. no matter that it took them a lifetime to get that way in the first place.

Keep up the great work!!

Mike
