Default Doing this again!!

Hello I recently started low carb again. I’ve put weight back on due to a very stressful few years. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March and went through surgery and radiation. I sold my home and lost my job. I have downsized big time. I moved to N.C. coast and I’m loving it. I need to lose this weight!

I was a member here years ago and love this forum and the receipes as well as the members!

Hi NC Chick! I'm prone to cancer so I am working to thwart it. Several here have beaten it. The coast is invigorating....a great place to continue healing.

Hi NC Chick! Welcome back. I too was an active member of this forum several years ago. I started back with Atkins mid August. I accidentally found this form again while researching LC etc. This forum and the members keep me very motivated with their success and stories. I read posts every morning when I weigh in. I started a journal which I find helpful as we dint remember every thing as time passes. Our lives and stresses over take that sometimes. I also love the research stories that member link regarding scientific information on LC from doctors and others. All the best and ‘Stay Calm’. 😃

Welcome again NC Chick,

On another thread http://forum.lowcarber.org/showpost...43&postcount=21. I mentioned the NC support groups and their regular meetings. There are also special events. The now wildly successful cookbook author and writer Kristie Sullivan, is doing one on Sat, Nov 10 at Sandhills Community College with Dr. Westman and Amy Berger talking about the keto diet while she cooks. 9-3 plus two social events in the works.

Added details to this thread: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=470795

If you want support starting Keto and simple Keto recipes, her new book Keto Living Day by Day is excellent. 400 pages.

All the best,
