A carbup is part of 'carb cycling' (do a search) but it's basically eating way more carbs than you usually eat. People do it differently--some eat carb up for 1 day and then back to carbdown (your normal amount of carbs or less); some eat carb up for 3-4 days and then carbdown for a week. Do a search and you'll find a better explanation than mine. Sorry I can't help with the abbreviations. Congrats on your loss so far!

mcfa = medium chain fatty acids....thats what coconut oil is mostly made of.
mct = medium chain triglycerides
the others i'm not too sure about...sorry.
