Just Joined the forum

Just found this forum, I am intending on starting the Atkins plan tomorrow, have done all the research on the net and it sounds just what I need. I did Weight Watchers and lost 33 kg but have gained some of that and am really struggling. Hope to get to know you all and that I will have something to contribute.
