Gilded Green Beans

Gilded Green Beans

2 lbs whole green beans cooked (or canned)
6 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 cup oil
2 med onions, minced
Salt and pepper

Mix all and let marinate several hours. Remove beans from marinade and add 8 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled. Top with Egg Dressing (below)

Egg Dressing
8 boiled eggs, chopped
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Salt
