Y'all. A friend just had a baby and wanted to have me over for dinner. I felt guilty that she was cooking, so I decided to just eat whatever. We had pasta and cake and now I have the worst carb hangover! And I bounced up a little (could have been worse). I cannot do that again - I feel rough!
