Default realistic goal?

I am hoping some of the more experienced folk here can help me answer this question. I weigh 150 now (down from 156 and on day 8 of induction) and my goal weight is 125/130. I would really like to be at my goal by the end of May ( my birthday and wedding anniversary). Does that seem like a reasonable goal? Should I stay on induction longer then 2 weeks to reach it? Would love to hear some thoughts.

Thanks

Tanya

Well, considering how little weight you had to lose to start with, and how well you've lost it so far, that's probably a realistic goal without sticking to Induction for longer than the two weeks. (Man, you're 5'3 and get to weigh that low? I'll have to revisit my goals when I get there.)

Looks like we are in the same boat!! I'm at 150 and wanting to get down to 125-130 too! I began induction an Jan. 5th and I think I'm going to extend it till the end of January. I'm doing good now and I want to keep on going as long as I can in the induction. Good luck to you!! I hope we make it!!!

Brambl, thanks for your response...and yeah, aroun 125/130 is when I feel my best. Thats what I weighed when I got married...
I had my first baby 9 months ago and did not gain much weigth, but then didn't loose much afterward either!
