10 days into Atkins Induction

Hi, I am Christina and I am doing Atkins again. I did it back in 2003 and lost about 70 lbs. right away, then strayed away and been on a destructive path since.....

I am ready to commit to a new way of life.

First week was pretty hard, now finding newfound energy. Problem now is trying to keep my body up with what I want to accomplish in a day.

Looking forward to reading all the posts I can for inspiration and information.
