First 10 pounds!!
I have been LC'ing since June 19th. In one month I am down 11 pounds. I am so excited. I am losing slowly, but I feel great. Not only have I lost 11 pounds, but my WOE has changed my life so much. For the past two years I had suffered daily headaches and would get migraines once a week. The headaches were sometimes unbearable. I was living on Tylenol, Motrin, you name it. I have not had a headache in a month. YIPPEE!
I was eating fast food for lunch on a daily basis, I couldn't wait for my burger and fries. Now, I cant even imagine eating that stuff. I lookf forward to my steaks, and chicken and other protein enriched foods. My energy level has gone thru the roof. I used to take naps everyday, now I rarely even sit down. hee. My clothes are starting to losen up and I have lost a few inches! I am so happy. Thank you for all your support and great advice.  |
