As for my own, there is no one here that understands that but me. But you could use those terms and ask for those and those alone as sweedish pushes the toxic garbage back into your body for your already weak system to have to deal with again. The myofacial release releases the muscles from their compressed strained positioning and the lymphatic drainage takes the toxins that are released (still less than other types) and flushes them out of the body faster.

Just make sure and drink enough water for your body to be able to do that, or you will get a headache and side effects like that.

Hope that helps.

Also deliberately taking deep breaths often, like 10 per hour will push the lymph system too. It can slow down and stop chronic muscle spasms as well.

I posted on here Christmas day 2 years ago and was truly happy. After 4.5 years of marriage W announced he doesn't love me anymore and egg the Monday before thanksgiving. I. Was in shock. I'm better but awfully lonely. Didn't seem 2 affect the fibro and I lost weight...down to 143.2. Almost 2 goal. Myrt. Fibro since 1979

No, low carb doesn't help me. But, my symptoms have always been amazingly mild. I was diagnosed in '95 and besides the pressure-point sensitivity, my symptoms are mostly just like the body aches of the flu.

I have a friend that is so bad, sometimes she can barely get out of bed.

I am very lucky!

So far being without carbs has not helped the pain. I have been in Fibro flare for five months now.

Hello~ I'm just seeing who is still around that has FM? New on the board, but started 7 weeks ago and have lost 20 so far. Have a 100 pounds still to lose. Diagnosed with fibro about 5 years ago... although suspecting Chronic Lyme's. Thinking about looking at the Candida possibilities and curious about the Guaif protocol... My official intro is posted in the Triple Digit Club...

Still here.
Have had fibro since 1986-87 time period.
Also chronic fatigue.
Flare ups are not as often since I've gone low carb.
I have lots of other health problems so appreciate the breaks with fibro.
There are many on this website who have fibro.
Hope they see your post.

Bump and everyone else, too...
Your ideas are a lot like mine. I got fibro in 1979 when I was almost 39. They didn't know how to diagnose it then and I didn't have a diagnosis until 1983 which was 4 years of angst and I just thought I W's dying. I think the fibro went away last year (6-3-14) when I had one of my parathyroid removed and the other 3 good ones started working. The pain had been so bad. According to what I read my bones were bleeding inside.
Now I have rheumatoid arthritis mostly in my hands. I'm do happy that it didn't rear it's ugly head until now when I'm older. I feel so bad for any young person with rheumatoid
