Didn't manage to average 10,000 steps, but this week I have 3 excuses - I mean reasons.
Firstly, I had such severe calf pain after my calf raises with 10lb dumbbells on Tuesday, that it was all I could do to hobble around for a day or two. And that was with 5g glutamine post workout and before bed.
Secondly, my asthma is bad at present, to the point that I am just plain exhausted and resting from all exercise until the prednisone kicks in and I start to feel more like a human.
And thirdly, my pedometer is broken! The loop things snapped off, so I am carrying it in my pocket for now, but it is clearly not tallying all my steps. Will buy another as soon as I feel well enough to trundle off to the shops.
