I'd love to join you. Like Rosebud I've worn a pedometer for years but I need to get back to consistently doing my 10,000.

12/28 - 16,147 steps
12/29 - 12,759 steps (not a total daily as i took off my pedometer around noon)
12/30 - 12,176
12/31 - 10,387 (been raining most of the day outside so put my rain poncho to good use. felt good.
01/01 - 15,461
01/02 - 14,403
01/03 - 3,193 (rest day for my 6 mile walk)
01/04 - 13,516
01/05 - 13,490

Went back and looked at posts and saw you were doing it this way. I can't do 50 every day yet, but I will. I lose a lot of muscle and really have to constantly work at building it. My goal is to be able to stand on a step stool with no vertigo.

Hi all. I'd like to join too

I used to keep a pedometer on me all the time and I got away from it about 4 years ago. I guess I will dig it back out. This is a great idea! I'll post my numbers later today.
