Default Confused while reading SB recipe..

I have the SBD book and while I was reading one of the phase 1 recipes I noticed theres no way the fat content can be right on it. The recipe for "Oven-Roasted Vegetables" says it requires 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil. Then it says for the nutrition at a glance that it only has 11g of fat. How is that possible? Each tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil has 14g of fat. So that would make it 42g of fat, not 11g. What is this about??

I'm glad you figured that out all by yourself.

I roast my veggies all the time. In order to minimize my use of oil, I got an oil mister and it works great.
