Default 100 Pounds Down!!!
I had to post this one because I'm so darn happy this morning. Like some type of divine intervention, today marks the 5 month anniversary that I have been on the Atkins diet.

And this morning I hit exactly 100 pounds gone so far.

I wanted to thank all the posters in the TDC for their great advice, tips, strategies and encouragment that can be found here everyday!! You guys/gals really make a difference -- especially on those hard days.

Good morning to everyone and thanks for letting me pat myself on the back.
