Fantastic,

I just saw a post and I am watching "you"... You will be one of my role models... I need to lose a hundred. I have been on for two weeks now and just bounce back and forth from 252 to 250. The very idea that in five months I could be at my goal is so encouraging.. where I am I would feel so much with JUST 50 but I know in my heart I need to go down after I get there.. Just think of all the people you have encouraged... However, the most important person is you...You will live longer. You will have less cumbersome activities...you will think better...you will accomplish goals you never thought...wonderful simple goals that the "normals" out there take for granted. I believe the biggest change for me in two weeks is not the six pounds but the mind....I am doing tasks I had procrastinated. I have hope.. I am not consumed with fear that I will have a heartattack...If I do...I was working to change...trying...making effort...Feeling good about myself... later. gotta run..grannadee

Bob, as incredible as losing 100 lbs in 5mos. I thinks it's even more impressive that you have kept it off this long and are regularly encouraging so many of us on a daily basis. Kudos to you Bob!
