Oh yes...I forgot the salad dressings...Drews Kalamata Olive&Caper and Smoked Tomato. I don't plan on changing my salad dressings for awhile...these are wonderful...
cheese, mayo, cucumbers, green peppers, keto ketchup
Someone tell me also how to rid the apartment of bacon smell? My parents forbid me to cook it at their house they say I have to cook it in the guest house!!!!!!!!
Eggs
BACON!
fresh spinach
REAL salad dressing (Creamy Caesar and Blue cheese are staples)
preshredded coleslaw
frozen buffalo wings
pork chops
chicken thighs & breasts
portabello mushrooms (top them like pizzas, pour on the pesto, top them with guacamole)
guacamole
all kinds of CHEESE (havarti, jack with horseradish, jack with jalepenos, sharp cheddar, edam, I try a new one every few weeks)
broccoli, raw and frozen
berries
whole milk yogurt
green beans
Well, you get the picture. Except for coffee and something for my husband, who is not quite ready to commit, I don't venture into the aisles at all.
Cheese.. real cheese!!!
Mayo
different types of 'real' sandwich meats
cream
sprouts
avocado
Sausage or nitrate free hot dogs
I buy red meat once in a while but freeze it
(always carried tons of veggies, egg beaters, chicken breast and fish so nothing changed there)
I buy the Classico brand because it tastes the best..and there is no sugar/corn syrup/sweeteners in the list of ingredients, just stuff I'd use to make it myself. So all I have to deal with is the carbs in the tomatoes themselves.

Two teachers, here at the school where I teach have been on the South Beach Diet for about four weeks, now. Both have stopped losing weight, but they are still losing inches...I think their bodies are just trying to adjust. Do we consider this diet, or WOE Low Carb? I guess it is...I read the book and it's pretty interesting. He has done more research since Atkins came out with his Diet Revolution. Personally, I don't want to try it, because I've been very successful on Neanderthin for two and a half years, now. But, whatever turns your crank. I get a kick out of the stuff they are bringing for lunch and to listening to them talk, ad nosium, about their diet. I now know what a bore I was when I first started my new WOE.
eggs, sour cream, cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, mozarella cheese, strawberries, raspberries, heavy cream, lettuce, red/yellow peppers, asparagus, broccoli, butter! ok, now who would believe i'm on a diet! haha! (there's even a atkins mint wafer bar in there getting slightly chilled!)
