Hi, in some thread I saw the mayo recipe, and i cant find it
and i want to do it cause i have problems find a mayo lc here in mexico!!

Experiment with different oils and acids as well.

For a cheaper mayo use 1 whole egg. Or use just yolks for a richer mayo. I made a mayo with apple cider vinigar and safflower oil with a little dijon added. It turned out kind of a cross between mayo and a very good gormet mustard.

Most low-carbers find the miniscule amount of sugar in Hellman's acceptable but it's still good a good thing to make your own.
