Default New dairy free, low carb, coconut based yogurt (available UK, Europe, Australia)

I've tried the chocolate and the vanilla. The chocolate was like mullerlight chocolate, if you've ever had, so not particularly chocolatey, but the vanilla was awesome - really thick and delicious, 0.5 carbs per 100g, really worth trying if you're dairy free, or even if you're not

That sounds great. I can't find the ingredients or the nutrition facts on their website, though. Can you post them, if you have the packaging? I'm curious what they add to give the yogurt a thicker consistency. When I made my own cocoyo, it did ferment, but it was thin. It thickened in the fridge, from the fat, I assume.

Ingredients for the vanilla:

Coconut Milk (99%), Tapioca Starch, Live Vegan Yoghurt Cultures

Seems they use tapioca starch for the thickener.

Their website isn't great information-wise.

They don't seem to use much. Total carbs 0.5g per 100g.
