Default Rocked the Bridesmaid Dress!!!

So my mini goal was to get right around 145 in time for this wedding last weekend. The dress wasn't the most flattering, so I was determined to do the best I could - and I rocked it!

What is interesting is that I got a lot of comments from people saying that my skin looked tremendous and that my legs / arms looked great. It was almost as if I was glowing, someone said.

I'm wondering if LC contributed to the overall look being better / healthier?

Congrats! That must have felt awesome.

I've had similar comment from a few coworkers, and my husband says I look more "vibrant" lately. There must be something to it.

Congrats! And I bet you were glowing. The absence of sugar --> glow, not to mention extra fat and water.

Got pics?

I'm a guy who sweats in the heat all day, I've noticed since going LC that there is less oil coming through my pores and more oil in my skin.

To the OP: Bet you looked Maaavalous!

That is fantastic!!! I bet you felt a million dollars!

I have only been on the Atkins for about a month and my skin (I've really only noticed on my face, because the rest of my body, you'd have to get past the rolls etc before you even noticed the skin!! lol) on my face is the best it's ever been. I look much fresher and my skin tone is totally even for a change and that is without foundation on.

I would say so, especially if you consider the Glycation Theory and what glycated proteins to do skin cells.... hence why so many people see their skin clear up after starting a low/no card diet.

congrats!
