Smile I ate a gummy bear :(

I am on day two of Atkins... All has, for the most part, been going well but this evening I opened a pack of fruit snacks (gummy bear type treats) for my 3 year old and out of habit I ate one... Just popped that sucker right in ma' mouth and chopped it on down!!! Does this put me all the way back at the begining??? Do I start the 2 weeks over? Did I totally blow it? Also I have been finding it hard to even get the full twenty by only eating things from the induction list... This evening I think I pulled it off by eating 2 and a half cups of wilted kale salad I think that was at least ten carb counts and then there was the gummy...

I am still just figuring this stuff all out any help would be awesome... Oh and can I drink coffee again after induction??? Please say yes!

I can't vouch for the accuracy, but according to Calorie King that was about 2.2 carbs (higher than I thought for *one* Gummi Bear!), not outrageous.

I just made a funny typo - Bummi Bear - which seems appropriate. Maybe they'll be easier to resist if you thing of them as Bummer Bears!
