I'm really not that snacky anymore, so try to fill up with flavored water I did forget about guacamole though - total yum with cucumbers! Celery was a big favorite until it started to make my lips numb. Anaphylaxis is not on my 'to do' list! As for non-refrigerated snacks, jerky strips or cubes work, just check the package before you buy. Some add a lot of sugar. Nuts are good but only in moderation! Also, I like wasabi peas to snack on if the mood strikes. Baby carrots, an apple, a banana - all in moderation! Non-refrigerated lunches are tougher. Hard boiled eggs still in shell usually are ok at room temp for half a day. Also, if you can freeze a meal, it might be thawed by lunch.
Dunroven - I like the Atkins frozen meals - especially the beef merlot.
