Eating out can be pretty difficult, especially in P1, fajitas are a good choice - just ask for the cheese and sour cream on the side and use it sparingly since it is full fat (like you mentioned). When I go out I try to order dishes like; salmon & veggies, grilled chicken & veggies, a chicken salad with olive oil and vinegar on the side.... even a good cut of steak with veggies will do! There are options, you jast have to ask the waiter to work with you.
As for the beer, ![Frown](/images/smilies/frown.gif) it probably will throw off your losses. I can relate to having the nightly "wind down" drink, I love wine and even currently belong to 2 wine clubs... but to give P1 a good run you really should cut out all the alcohol. I started making tea my wind down drink at night and, honestly, I don't miss my wine right now and it has been 11 days.
Maybe you could post your food log so that some of the SB experts ![Wink](/images/smilies/wink.gif) can help you find out why you are up an lb.
