Default Day 3 of 5 this week - 90 days ends Jan 9, 2019

1. 5 X a week - check finances, keep tabs on balancing the checkbook, stay aware of credit card interest charges, opening ALL mail right away.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min - 20 + min dancing to Pandora - have Xmas and Winter Magic stations on while I am baking for the library Xmas party (fast, cheap, easy) tomorrow...

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go. I have my food ready for tomorrow, lunch, breakfast ready to make and I'll have food available at the party which starts at 5. It should be easy to eat LC there, there is always meat, cheese and veggies.

Thanks Kristine. I'm firmly back in the right place with my eating and reaping the rewards. My Christmas party is next Saturday. Luckily I know the coordinator of that party quite well. She always makes sure that my eating preferences are taken care of when she sets the menu.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min - 20 min dancing to Pandora -Xmas version! You can dance to anything if you keep moving... multi-tasking but shakin' it...

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go. petsitting so getting tomorrows food ready to grab when I come back in the AM to get ready for work, trying to squeeze in making chili inbetween all else tonight - need food!

realized with a mix of surprise and horror that it is the 9th. Bills are due!!! Did the ones due today and in the next few days this AM before work. Holiday time is hectic. And I don't even go thru what most people do - I am not close to family/don't exchange with many people, etc. Working a lot and petsitting... I check the account daily but haven't had time for much else.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min - 20 min dancing to Pandora -Xmas music **I was supposed to be at the gatehouse today but the younger employee begged me to switch with her because we are slow in the winter and she had a finals paper to write - so I did. Otherwise I would have done my yoga out there. **added bonus exercise vacuuming the library at work on Wed - one of my "days off" here...

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go. Makin' that darn chili before I head over to petsit, doing the usual prep. ** chili done** Plan is not perfect but I do my prep for things daily. Flippin' holidays. I enjoy the season but the hectic factor goes way up.

40 keto days (and 40 keto nights) of 90

I had trouble getting my 10K steps in yesterday due to the snow and ice. I couldn't walk on my lunch hour at work. I went to the Y on the way home. It was closed. I then decided to walk in a nearby mall and found that they were locking their doors at 6pm, with only the bigger stores remaining open. So I managed to get my 10K in semi-shopping, but mostly wandering aimlessly through Burlington's and JC Penny. It's going to take more than a little snow to cheat me out of my daily 10K.
