Default Feel The Burn!

I started jogging on Friday. I did switch between jogging and walking on a varied terrain (wooded in some spots, boardwalk in others). Went for 30 minutes total. Haven't gone back since because it has been POURING.

Saturday afternoon I broke out the Crunch Yoga tape. 30 minutes long, I think. I loved it! Can't wait to do it again tomorrow morning.

Did lots of crunches and ab exercises today. Wanted to rollerblade, but again, it was pouring. Also worked out my arms with weights for 10 minutes.

I ate well today, but had two jiggers of vodka and half of a Mich Ultra (it's Memorial Day !) .

Low carb meals.
A few snacks = 1/2 of Atkin's Endulge Candy Bar
1 cup SF Orange jelly with 3 Tbs homemade whipped cream (Splenda & SF DiVinci's sweetened.)

Feeling the burn in my tummy from all of the ab exercising.

Drank about 115oz water today.

I attempted the yoga tape again this morning, but I don't think mornings are a good time for me to work out. I felt terrible and didn't even finish the tape.

I had bologna for breakfast, as we were out of eggs and bacon. I found out today that the nitrates and salt are bad for Induction, so I will give bologna and hot dogs up. No more processed foods for me.

I just finished up the 8-minute Tae Bo work out, and I sweat like you wouldn't believe, I love that!

I also joined Curves today. I am excited; I start tomorrow.

Tonight I am having grilled chicken breast, and a grilled veggie combo (asparagas, cabbage, zuchinni, and onions) (1 up) for dinner, along with lots of water.

I had sugar-free jello w/homemade whipped cream (sweetened with Splenda and DiVinci's for snack, and 6 raw almonds.

Lunch was 2 cups of Romaine with 2 Tbs Ranch dressing.

Tonight's snack will probably be a little more SF jello or 1/4 Endulge bar.

Tomorrow I start my new job. Lunch will be an Atkin's shake and some cucumber. I hope that is okay...
