where to buy low carb foods?

Hello,

I really enjoy and learn a lot of things from this site. I live in vancouver, and was wondering where you buy specific low carb foods. Like I just learned today that I should get the 36% fat whipping cream, looked for it today in a supermarket and couldn't find it.

And I have never used the baking mixes etc... Do you have any suggestions?

Dairyland whipping cream is pretty good, Lucerne is way down on my list, and the best is Avalon, in the glass bottles.
