This is the most important part. I speak from experience since the first time I went on Atkins was the Summer of '72. Since then, I tried every diet in the known Universe, hoping to find one that kept me thin. Guess what. There's no such thing.
So Barb is right.
First, be honest with yourself. Are you in this for a quick weight loss and then to go back to eating the same way you did before? Been there. Done that. Yo-yo parade.
Easy to stick with: For me that means I don't have to fight hunger. Also, that I don't have to spend my entire day obsessing about food, buying it, preparing it, eating it, cleaning up after.
Stick with it for life: If you find a WOE you can stick with, you will keep your shape, your health and never feel deprived.
